Our newest team members
It is no longer a surprise that Covid has been throwing mud in our daily lives. Here at Transfer, we are very proud to have found a way to take in 5 new people in these times of crisis. After the arrival of no less than 8 new channels, our planning, marketing and research team were in desperate need of a helping hand.
Three of our departments got reinforcements. Timo Haesaerts manages the entire planning team as Planning Manager since the end of last year and welcomed three new team members earlier this summer. Jordy Mermans is no stranger to our company. He successfully finished his internship in 2019 and has now found his way back to the planning department. Eline De Chaffoy and Simon Mollen also started in August. Eline brings a lot of life to the planning team with her Communication Management diploma. Her internship-knowledge from a digital branding agency has a great value. Simon has a background in Event Project Management and made the conscious jump to Transfer in August. The entire planning team of five, under the watchful eye of Timo, ensures the planning and proper follow-up of video and tv-advertising campaigns.
The Research team has been reinforced by Ite Bal since the beginning of this year. With her analytical view, eye for detail and function as a Researcher, Ite doubles the team under Gauthier Piret. Ite knows how to stand her ground among all ratings and can translate analyzes and figures clearly like no other.
Benedicte Mbayi started earlier this year as a Marketing and Communication Assistant. She graduated last year from the Karel de Grote Hogeschool in Cross Media Management. Benedicte supports the team of Julie Jeunen. “At Transfer, Benedicte learns directly from Julie, who herself started as a planner at Transfer after her studies. She made this department to what it is today and has grown to Marcom Manager in three years, ”says Laetitia De Dycker, Sales & Marketing Director at Transfer. Benedicte knows social media inside out and values premium content in all communication.
All of our teams are now used to working remotely, but are still looking forward to going back to the office together soon. “Working from home is going smoothly, just like the previous lockdown. Spending our days together in the office is just that little easier and way more fun ”, it sounds.
