Transfer is taking a new step in its 7-years existence. A reorganization of the two departments, Planning and Sales, was implemented to provide an even better service to customers. “It is simply a logical step within a company that continues to grow. We guarantee better service to our customers, but also to our channels”, explains Managing Director Michel Dupont.
Planning and Sales will from now on work together more closely in two Business Units. This way, the expertise of the two departments is accumulated and the hybrid structure is given a clear shape. These two BU’s will be led by Stefan Hougaerts and newcomer Frederick Maes. Frederick was previously employed as Key Account Manager at RMB, and is now joining Transfer as Head of Business Unit. Before working at RMB, Frederick already gained experience at various media agencies such as Initiative and Mindshare Belgium, and not long after, he started as a media planner at Dentsu Aegis Network. Sales Director Laetitia De Dycker looks forward: “These two unique profiles create a perfect bridge between Transfer and its customers. Within our cross-thinking mindset, we now have two skilled people on board who control both the experience of media agencies and that of other sales houses.”
In addition, a distinct division is set up to supervise TF1‘s planning. This team will be led by Olivier Vandermeule, who, in addition to his current position as Research Director, is also TF1 Planning Director. In this way, Transfer provides an answer to the markets demands and guarantees better services to customers. In addition to her position as Head of Planning, Eline Hereygers will be responsible for the financial reporting of Transfer.
Another new value at Transfer is Gauthier Piret. He will assist the company in making strategic choices in his role as Strategic Sales. Planner Sam De Clerck also makes the switch to Sales. His knowledge and experience as a Transfer Planner will make a major contribution to his new position. He will take the position of Junior Account Manager.
